Andrea Vosgueritchian and Aldo Urbinati of Estúdio Tupi are credited with the architectural, façade and interior concept. The brochure describes blue perforated elements from Rio’s architectural vocabulary, arranged with columns and balconies. Shading and visual identity emerge from the same modernist-inspired solution.
Mario Bands is credited with the artistic concept and lobby and rooftop panels. The palette draws on off-white, deep blue and wood tones specified for the project. At the rooftop, the meeting of sky and sea is an artistic theme, not a claim that every unit has sea views.
Blue tones, perforated elements and the rhythm of balconies define the façade. Estúdio Tupi is responsible for the architectural, façade and interior concept; Mario Bands develops the artistic concept and the lobby and rooftop panels. Architecture and art belong to the same proposal.
